He also serves as Honorary Chairman of United Nations High Commissioner for Refuges in Spain, Executive Committee member of Trilateral Commission Japan-Europe-North America, Chairman of the Foundation Council Spain-Japan, Honorary Member of the Foundation Council Spain-USA, Member of the Foundation Council.
Spain-China, Honorary Member of the American Bar Association and Chairman of the University of Navarra Global Law Chair. Mr Garrigues is “Doctor Honoris Causa” by Universidad Europea de Madrid, Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales de Buenos Aires, Universidad Pontificia Comillas and Universidad Ramon Llull.
Ignacio Mas

Deputy Director of the Financial Services for the Poor Program at Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Mr. Mas is one of the world’s most renowned experts in technology and microfinance. Before joining Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, he was a Senior Consultant of the Technology Group at CGAP (World Bank). He has also served as Executive Vice-president of Marketing of Intertouch (an NTT Docomo company), Global Strategy Director of Vodafone Group, European Head of Telecom Investments of Intel Capital and member of the Latin America financial reform group at the World Bank. Mr. Mas has been a Visiting Professor at University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University and a BS in Economics and Mathematics from MIT.

Vikram Gandhi

Mr. Gandhi has an extensive experience in financial institutions. He currently manages the financial institutions group at Credit Suisse. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Gandhi was Co- Head of Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley and, previously, he was President at Morgan Stanley – India. He is also a board member at Grameen Foundation. Mr. Gandhi is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
Steve Felsher

Former Vice-Chairman and CFO at Grey Global Group

Mr. Felsher has extensive experience in finance, administration, corporate strategy, governance and other aspects of management. At Grey, Mr. Felsher was the point person on Grey's sale to WPP. Following that, he was Chief Integration Officer of Grey's merger into the acquirer's operations. Mr. Felsher left WPP in 2007 and, since then, has been involved in board, consulting and advisory assignments for many companies and in a number of not-for-profit organizations supporting education and the arts. Mr. Felsher is a graduate of Dickinson College and Yale Law School, and was a Thomas J. Watson Foundation Fellow.
